Mrs. Eloise Burden, 87, of Madison, passed away October 15, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday, October 16th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; burial to follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 pm prior to services. Rev. Gene Richardson and Rev. Ken Elliot will officiate.
Mrs. Burden was a member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Before retirement she was the Assistant to the Business Manager at Holmes Junior College. She was a member of the Master Gardner’s and Soil Conservation in Madison County.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Florrie Horne Parks; husband, Victor Burden; brother, James Parks, sister, Helen Burden.
She is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Bill) McCollister; sisters, Georgia Cain, Faye Butler; brothers, Leonard Parks, Bobby J. Parks; grandson, Andrew McCollister; a host of nieces and nephews.
