Condolence: So sorry to hear of Mrs. Burdens passing -- she was and will always be very special in my memory because she put up with this dorky high school boy both at her home and at HAHS and HJC. She was a very special person in my life and remains in my memories as one of those people who helped make my life. I will miss her and always remember her as a very special person. Steve Donald

Condolence: I will always remember Mrs. Burden as a friend and my second mother. She was always so helpful when we worked together, and so willing to listen when I needed to talk. I have such wonderful memories of our yearly trips at the end of school. We would laugh and joke. We enjoyed many Christmas outings with Robert Harris and Linda Alexander. I will miss her. I loved her very much. She was a true lady.

Condolence: Eloise was a wonderful lady and friend to so many, including myself, and I will surely miss getting to spend time with her reminiscing about memories of Holmes Junior College. I will especially miss Christmas get-togethers that I was fortunate to have shared with Eloise, Eugenia Collins, and Linda Alexander...what special memories and good times among friends!
