Mr. Herbert P. "Hubert" Odom, 79, of Ashville, AL went home to be with the Lord on June 1, 2012.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 4, 2012 starting at 10:00 am until services at 2:00 pm at the First United Pentecostal Church, burial will follow at Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko.
Mr. Odom was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Ashville. He was the owner and operator of Homewood Garden Center. He is preceded in death by parents Ott and Bessie Odom; grandson Ronnie Odom; sisters Ollie V. Peavey, Pauline McAdams, Betty Joyce Odom, Alma Peavey, Lee Allen; brothers Walter Odom and Marshall Odom. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Arlene Morece Odom; daughter Glenda (Robert) Kelly; sons Randy Odom and Ricky Odom; sisters Delancy Chunn and Gladys McMillian; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
