Obituary for James Marshall Odom

Mr. James Marshall Odom, 81, of Kosciusko passed away November 20, 2013 at Montfort Jones Memorial Hospital. Services were held at 7 pm Friday, November 22, 2013 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, visitation began at 5 pm. Graveside services were held at 12 noon Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl, MS.
Rev. Ethan Wade officiated.
Mr. Odom was a Baptist, and was a retired Welder and Fabricator. He was a Navy Veteran and served in the Korean War. He was an avid Softball Pitcher, Sweet Man and loved all his family and friends. He is preceded in death by parents, Marshall & Wardean Odom; son, David Moore; brother, Billy; sisters, Cathleen and Betty Lois.
He is survived by wife, Virginia Odom; daughters, Naomi (Donald) Skinner; Denise (Brian) Sheffield, Angie (Todd) Haller, Lisa Jennings; sons, James (Becky) Odom, Darrell (Carla) Odom, Ronnie Odom, Brett Jennings; sisters, Laverne Fisher, Patty Bingham, Biddie Howell; brothers, Leonard Odom, Glenn Odom; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
