Like so many great stories that will be shared about Jimi. A guy who could sing anything in so many styles. I will keep it brief--an  encounter I had with him at Freedom Hall in Johnson City Tn several years ago. He was getting off his bus and could not find his way to the stage and I was just hanging out around back trying to get an autograph and I had to get him to the back staging area. But we were alone and he was trying to get the show on time.  Just a nice guy guy. Not much of a story to most but to me and my friends we loved Survivor and all the many other contributions he did with so many great fellow musicians his whole life. May his family be lifted in  prayer during the coming weeks and months. He touched many lives with his music for forty plus years.
