Mrs. Mary Ellen Dean, 72, of Canton, passed away October 24, 2015 in Jackson.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Thursday, October 29th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; with burial to follow at Brooks Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. David Merritt will officiate.
Mrs. Dean was a member of Farmhaven Baptist Church. She worked in the parts division at Blackwell Chevrolet.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Sharon Kea; son, Barry Wayne Dean; sister, Sandra Crowe. She is survived by husband, Eswin Dean; daughters, Sue Whittington, Sonya Dean, Lora Nowell; sister, Dana Stephens; grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Will, Tommy, Kristina, Debra, Taylor, Brooklyn, Lauren; 11 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Tommy Moody, Jason Warren, Will Whittington, Jacob Whittington, Taylor Nowell, Michael Hunt.
