Mr. Elmer Woods, 61, of Kosciusko, passed away January 19, 2016.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Sunday, January 24th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Harmony Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 – 8 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Woods was a member of the Church of Christ in Winona. He served in the National Guard, had worked at the Attala County Fire Department and the Carroll County Correctional Facility as a Security Guard.
He is preceded in death by his father, Hugh Woods; sister, Jimmie VanCleave.
He is survived by mother, Ruby (Howard) Fowler; sisters, Betty Smith, Martha Evans, Earline King, Elizabeth Clark; brothers, Charles Woods, Billy Woods, Edward Woods; special friend, Mindy Weeks; host of nieces and nephews.
