Mr. Joe Don Alexander, 86, of West, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at UMMC in Jackson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Saturday, April 22nd at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; burial to follow at North Union Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 5 – 8 pm at the funeral home. Rev. Gene Richardson will officiate.
Mr. Alexander was a Veteran serving in the Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from Bellsouth with over 30 years of service. He was a member of Unity Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Alma Alexander; wives, Marteal Alexander and Mildred Alexander; son, Don Alexander; sisters, Nellie and Loree.
He is survived by his son, Bruce Alexander and his wife Beau; brothers, Carl Alexander, John Alexander, Larry Alexander; sister, Peggy McCain; grandchildren, Candace and Lisa; 6 great grandchildren.
