Mrs. Annie Powell Deason, 85, of Carthage, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 22nd at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; burial to follow at County Line Cemetery. Visitation is 5:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday and 12:00 – 2:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Terrell Mayo will officiate.
Mrs. Deason was a member of County Line Baptist Church. She worked at Loves Greenhouse.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Rushing and husband Harrison; cousin, Issac Huggins; grandchildren, Greg, Lonnie, Lois, Christy, Mandi; 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Solomon and Irene Jowers Smith; husbands, James Powell and Sanford Deason; daughter, Martha Stevens; grandchildren, Tabatha and Brandi.
