JOAN "JODY" YOUNG, 83, passed Monday at her residence in Kosciusko
Funeral services are 2:00 pm Wednesday May 15, 2019 at Culpepper Funeral Home
with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12 noon at Culpepper Funeral Home
JODY is survived by her daughters Carol Cole and Jennifer Trussell (Mike), her son Kenneth L. (Bubba) Young,
sisters Nell Barfield and Carolyn Vance.
Also by 9 grandchildren, Ashley Stewart, Jessica Jones, Corley Clark, Christy Cheek, Ryan Young, Katlin Young, Matt Trussell, Blake Trussell, and Jacob Cole.
12 great grandchildren Sara, Shelby, Carter, Avery, Kelsey, Abby, Eli, Weston, John Landon, Kenzie, Aiden and Ansley.
Jody was preceded in death by her husband Lamar Young, her parents Irvin and Hattie Woods, her daughter Cindy Vines and sisters Myrle Cain and Lois Jones.
She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and taking care of her family was her calling
