Frances Davis Munn Blanton, 99, of Kosciusko, MS passed away December 22, 2021 at Windsor Place Rehab in Columbus, MS.
Funeral services are 2:00 PM Monday, December 27, 2021 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with Burial to follow at Kosciusko City Cemetery.
Visitation is 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM, December 27, 2021 at Culpepper Funeral Home.
Frances is survived by her daughter Barbara “Bobbi” Munn Hamilton, step-daughter Beverly Blanton Adams (Jim), granddaughter Michelle LIttle (Steve), two great-grandchildren Jeremy Daniel Byrd (Sydney) and Mary Kathryn Thrash (Matthew), and two great-great grandson’s Lofton Charles Thrash and Wilson Mitchell Thrash.
She retired being the owner of Munn’s Grill in Kosciusko, MS.
Frances was preceded in death by her first husband Mitchell Munn, second husband Frank Blanton, parents John and Lizzie Davis, siblings Inell McMillan, Vola Davis, Leonard Davis, Dock Davis, and Vivian “Bit” Branch, and her son-in-law Jerrol Hamilton.
Frances was loved by everyone that met her and especially her family. This was easy because she was overflowing with love. She always told people about the love of God at every opportunity. She loved to sing, whistle, and make her beloved bird call which kept her joyful and brought joy to those around her. She always looked her best and that included a smile. She will be missed.
