Obituary for Ted Melton
Ted Melton, 87 passed away Friday July 8, 2022, at the VA home in Kosciusko, MS.
Funeral services are 11:00 am Tuesday July 12, 2022, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the funeral home.
Ted served in the United States Air Force and was retired from Southern Towing, where they towed barges.
He is survived by his brother Chubby Melton (Brenda), sister Nita Nichols and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents N.L. and Willie Mae Terry Melton, brothers Clayton, Sonny, Donald Ray, and Layton, and his sisters Janie, Frances, Carolyn, and Gladys.
Rev. Danny Townsend will officiate the services.
Nephew will serve as honorary pallbearers
