Mrs. Minnie M. Sims Ishee, 64, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at her residence in Kosciusko. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, April 29, 2011, at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Central Cemetery in Holmes County. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am on Friday. Rev. Jerry Meggs and Rev. Doyle Mitchell will officiate.

Mrs. Ishee was a native of Holmes County and worked for Hunter Engineering.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleveland & Ethel Sims.

She is survived by daughters, Gail Davidson (Kendeall) of Glenmona, LA, Lisa Hutchison of Brookhaven, Liz Stonestreet (Pat) of Kosciusko, and Tina Thompson (Bernie) of Philadelphia; brothers, Grover Sims of Byhalia and Willie Sims of Vicksburg; sisters, Pat Faulkner of McCool and Barbara Hayes of Vicksburg; also eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
