Obituary for Clinton Jolly

Clinton  Jolly
Clinton Jolly passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012 peacefully at home with the loving care of his family and Hospice Ministries. He was 86. Clinton was born May 18, 1925 in Neshoba County, to the late Rufus Bradley Jolly and Sadie Jayroe Jolly. He lived his adult life in Canton and was a member of Lone Pine Baptist Church. He was a Navy Veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed his woodworking and gardening. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Doris Franklin Jolly; sisters Mavis Jolly and Reba Tolbert Sharp; brothers Lamar Jolly, Alfred Tolbert and Adam Tolbert. He is survived by his children Ila Tyler (James) of Canton, Mike Jolly (Myrna) of Pickens, Teresa Mason (Jerry) of Brandon, Diane Bryant (Jimmy) of Pinola; grandchildren Stacey Penn, Amanda Hawkins, Brad Jolly, Carl Jolly, Tommy Bryant (Heather), Julie Bryant Green (John David), Jesse Edwards (Kathy), Amanda Edwards, Daniel Mason and Amanda Mason Thompson; great-grandchildren Hunter Tyler, Peyton Penn, Marley Ponder, Aaron Franklin, Thomas Bryant and Mason Thompson. Arrangements and services will be handled by Culpepper Funeral Home in Canton on Saturday, April 14, with visitation from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Services will be held in Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00pm, burial will follow in Canton cemetery.
