Mr. Stephen “Pappy” Jenkins, 63, of West, passed away May 12, 2013 at his residence.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm Monday and after 12 noon Tuesday. Bro. Eddie Pearce and Bro. James Edwards will officiate the service.
Mr. Steve was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. He was a Fleet Mechanic for Frito Lay for approximately twenty years. He is preceded in death by father, J.L. Jenkins; son, Joey Russell; grandson, Jonathan Matthew Choplin.
He is survived by his wife Linda Pegram Jenkins; sons, Jason Jenkins, Brian Jenkins, Rickey Russell and Darrell Russell; daughters, Suzanne Jones, Seprina Hicks and Melissa Russell; mother, Mary Jenkins; brothers, Joe Jenkins and David Jenkins; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital or Open Door Baptist Church.
