Ms. Catherine R. O’Briant, 89, of Ethel, passed away November 12, 2016 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday, November 14th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; with burial to follow at Parkway Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 – 5 pm Sunday and after 12 noon until service time Monday at the funeral home. Rev. Ralph Hunt will officiate.
Ms. O’Briant was a member of the Church of God. She was a Homemaker and worked at the Kosciusko Cotton Mill.
She is preceded in death by parents, Richard Willis and Bessie Mae Rawson; husband, Howard O’Briant; brothers, Donald and Hayward; sisters, Waudean and Mavis.
She is survived by son, William “Will” O’Briant; sister, Betty (Raymond) Stokes; brothers, Denver (Ella Colin) Rawson and James Willis (Louise) Rawson.
