Penny and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. To refresh your memory, my mother (Virginia) and Johnny's mom (Patsy) were sisters. They were separated when Grandma died at a very young age, so mom's name was Carden and Aunt Pat was adopted by Aunt Stella/Uncle JD. We are from Independence, LA and always loved visiting Aunt Patsy, Uncle Butch, and those precious boys. Whether we were in MS or in LA, we always had a good time when we got together. Aunt Pat and Uncle Butch loved their boys!

I am so saddened by our family's loss and wish there were something I could say or do to make things different. The Lord has a plan, and we don't yet know all the details. But we have to have faith. My love and prayers are with you and the family. Tonia Cardaronella Canale

John was as good a brother as you could ask for. He was always there when I needed him even though we would sometimes go weeks without talking. What I would like everyone to remember the most about him was his love for his wife, children, and grandchildren. That was his whole world and my prayers are with you all. I’ll miss him forever
